📦 Return Policy – Alba Moretti
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below.
1. Return Times and Conditions
You can request a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unwashed, complete with tags and original packaging.
2. Return Costs
Returns have a fixed fee of €20 for handling and shipping.
This fee is the customer's responsibility and will not be deducted from your store credit.
3. Refund Methods
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will issue a credit equal to the full value of the returned product.
The credit can be used exclusively on the Alba Moretti website for a new purchase.
You will receive a personal coupon code via email, valid for 12 months.
Example:
If the returned item is €80, you will receive a €80 coupon to spend on our store.
4. Return Procedure
Contact our Customer Service at albamoretti.sartoria@gmail.com, indicating your order number and the product you wish to return.
You will receive a prepaid return label and shipping instructions by email.
Ship the item using the label you received.
Once the return is received and verified, we will issue the credit within 5 business days.
